VANCOUVER, BC – The organizers of Vancouver Craft Beer Week (VCBW), one of the largest and longest-running regional beer weeks in Canada, has announced some changes for next year’s edition of its anchor festival.
The VCBW Festival 2020 will be moving to Concord Community Park in Vancouver’s False Creek neighbourhood, a venue that is more easily accessible by transit, with three SkyTrain stations within walking distance.
The event will also be extended to include four sessions over three days – Friday June 5th to Sunday June 7th, 2020 – and tickets will now be all-inclusive, covering all beer samples for each session.
Tickets for all four sessions – Friday from 6:00 to 10:00 PM; Saturday from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 10:00 PM; and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM – will go on sale on Sunday December 1st at 12:00 noon PST via the VCBW website. An early-bird price of $59 will be in effect until December 31st, with the price raising to $69 on January 1st.
The 11th annual edition of Vancouver Craft Beer Week will run from Friday May 29th to Sunday June 7th at breweries, bars, and other venues throughout Vancouver. For more details, see the VCBW website.
