Nonsuch Brewing Brings Back Chambière

WINNIPEG, MB – Nonsuch Brewing has announced the return of a limited edition ale that doesn’t quite fit into an existing beer style, so they decided to made one up.

Chambière (7% abv) is described as follows:

True to the experimental spirit of Belgian brewing, our head brewer Mark Borowski crafted this beer and found it didn’t fall into the parameters of conventional beer styles. So he made his own and named it Chambière after the champagne-like effervescence and dry finish.⁣ This straw-coloured ale features a fluffy white head and opens with fruity esters on the nose and delightful floral and herbal aromas. It’s dry with a slight tartness followed by light grain and fruit flavours – reminiscent of a saison crossed with sparkling wine.

Chambière is available now at the Nonsuch retail store while supplies last.
