NEW WESTMINSTER, BC – Steel & Oak Brewing has announced the return of a limited edition beer that had its inaugural release around this time last year.
Blush Rosé Saison (6% abv) is described as follows:
Conditioned on Cab Franc grape skins from our neighbours at Pacific Breeze Winery, Blush went through primary fermentation with a Saison yeast strain and was then refermented in the can to give it a sparkling Rosé-like quality.
Blush will be released at the Steel & Oak tasting room tomorrow (January 7th), and cans will be available at select private liquor stores later this week.
