With transformative enzymes, we’ve once again blended the fruity hop-forward natures of IPAs with the layered intricacies of Belgian yeast. A heady aroma of citrus and florals greets you before you drop into complex Belgian esters and big American hop flavour. It ends punctuated by a dry and effervescent finish.
Categorical Imperative is available now at Dageraad and select private liquor stores while supplies last.
