UXBRIDGE, ON – The Second Wedge Brewing has announced details of four seasonal releases that will be released this month.
Available now in 650 ml bottles is Bean to Beer (5% abv), a chocolate stout brewed using a dark chocolate emulsion from DesBarres Chocolate, and described as being “smooth and rich with true chocolate flavour and aroma.”
Coming on February 20th are two releases in 473 ml cans – the returning Smoked Wheat on Rye (5% abv), a smoked wheat and rye ale, and Foggy Water (5% abv), a gruit brewed with herbs and botanicals from Foggy RIver Farm.
