NORTH VANCOUVER, BC – House of Funk Brewing has announced the release of a new wine-inspired farmhouse ale.
Ara (6% abv) is described as follows:
Brewed with barley malt, oats, and raw wheat. Fermented on lees in freshly emptied pinot gris barrels from our friends at Averill Creek Vineyard. Aged with a variety of mixed cultures for six months, then conditioned on pinot gris pomace. Ara is bone dry with a lively acidity, with notes of white pepper and tropical funk.
Ara will be released tomorrow (February 15th) at 11:00 AM in the House of Funk taproom and retail store.
