Tatamagouche Brewing and Gahan House Release Ferry Boat Fantasy Golden Sour

TATAMAGOUCHE, NS – Tatamagouche Brewing has announced the release of a new beer brewed in collaboration with their friends from Charlottetown’s Gahan House brewpub.

Ferry Boat Fantasy (6.4% abv) is a golden sour ale with a name inspired by the ferry that runs between Wood Islands, PEI and Caribou, NS in the warmer months. The beer is described as follows:

Ferry Boat Fantasy is a Golden Sour daydream turned into reality. Aged for 11 months in Chardonnay barrels, dry hopped with Vic Secret and Hallertau Blanc, then bottle conditioned – this sour is all you could envision and more. Big tropical aromas of pineapple and mango and bright citrus notes of lemon rind and grapefruit combine with whimsical barrel aromas of butter tart, vanilla and hints of amaretto to create this creamy, tart and bright dreamscape.

Ferry Boat Fantasy is available now in 500 ml bottles at the Tatamagouche retail store and online shop. At will also be available soon on tap at select bars in the maritime provinces.
