Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Releasing Substantially Complete Mixed Fermentation Ale

EDMONTON, AB – Blind Enthusiasm has announced the next limited edition release from The Monolith, the brewery’s stand-alone facility for the creation of wood- and spontaneous-fermentation beers.

Substantially Complete (5.6% abv) is described as follows:

Substantially Complete reflects The Monolith both as a physical entity and the beer it produces. This is our quintessential beer – adventurous, yet balanced. Substantially Complete is fermented using a house-blend of microorganisms in French oak barrels for one year. It was bottle-conditioned for seven months. It has a medium acidity and a bold peach and citrus fruit character.

Substantially Complete will be released on Sunday March 8th at 11:00 AM at Blind Enthusiasm’s Ritchie Market location. 750 ml corked bottles and 100 ml tasting pours will be available to purchase in the bottle shop, and it will also be available in pours and by the bottle in the adjacent Biera restaurant, where a special dish designed to pair with the beer will be on the menu as well.
