Burdock Brewery Releases BUMO 6 Collaboration with Pearl Morissette Winery

TORONTO, ON – Burdock Brewery has announced details of the sixth release in its series of collaborative beer and wine blends with Pearl Morissette Winery.

BUMO 6 (9% abv) is described as follows:

BUMO 6 is a blend of house mixed-fermentation beers aged in neutral oak barriques (225L) for 6 months to 1 year then aged on an absolutely humongozolous quantity of freshly pressed Cabernet Franc skins from Pearl Morissette’s 2019 vintage in stainless steel then blended with 25% by volume of 2019 Cabernet Franc made from grapes grown in Niagara on the Lake. This beer is what we call extra spicy – meaning VERY high carbonation. You are going to want to chill this one hard before popping it and when you do, treat it like you would champagne or dancefloor lambrusco: pop & pour.

BUMO 6 is available now exclusively via Burdock’s online store in a limited edition of 895 bottles.

UPDATE: Subsequent to the publication of this post, Burdock Brewery noted on Twitter that the beer is now sold out.
