Our brewers continue to push the boundaries of Barrel-aged sours with a bold sour blend aged in wine barrels, and matured on red currants & tart cherries. The result? A deep mahogany coloured brew, boasting unique complexities that will never be repeated. Inviting aromas of cherry balsamic and dried fruits pave the way to a quick tactile tartness of red currants, and a graceful shift to a mellowed oak and honey finish.
