DELTA, BC – Four Winds Brewing has announced the return of a much-loved entry in its Eurus Series of bottle-conditioned beers.
Sovereign Super Saison (8.5% abv) is back after a four year break, and is described as follows:
Our Super Saison is pale in appearance with hues of straw, projecting aromas of candied orange and red apple. Through Mixed fermentation and asserive dry-hopping comes a unique and complex balance of fruity esters, elerflower, and spice.
Sovereign Super Saison is available now at the Four Winds retail store and online shop, and soon at select private beer retailers.
