Sawdust City Brewing Completes Element Lager Series with Smoked Honey Vienna and Dry-Hopped

GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the release of the final two of a quartet of lagers inspired by the four elements.

Smoked Honey Vienna Lager (5.2% abv) – representing Fire – is described as follows:

This lager has a mild, malty sweetness that gives way to a light, yet crisp smoky finish. Over twelve kilos of honey was smoked for five hours over applewood, before being added to the boil, resulting in a complex, yet super drinkable lager that’ll have you craving more.

Dry-Hopped Lager (5% abv) – representing Air – has the following notes:

This corn-based lager starts off smooth and leads into a hoppy-kick thanks to oodles of dry-hopped Ella hops added late into the brew. This lager is crispy and crushable, perfect for patio weather as we ease our way into warmer days to come.

The new beers join the previously released Rice Lager and Dunkel Lager, with all four available now in the Sawdust City retail store and online shop for delivery across Ontario.
