MY Bock Maibock (7% abv) is described as follows:
One positive turn of events due to the COVID-19 outbreak is that our Maibock sat safely and quietly in it’s fermenter, lagering for a full 4 months, making this one of the cleanest, most satisfying lagers we’ve ever made. It’s crystal clear and pours a deep copper with a generous amount tan foam – a brewer and a beer lovers dream. Continental Munich and Pilsner malts combine with spicy German hops to make this well attenuated, strong, malty lager, a beacon of hope for better days ahead.
