Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Launches Dry Hop Series with Un Petit Peu and Releases First Canned Beers

EDMONTON, ABBlind Enthusiasm Brewing has announced the release of the first in a new limited edition Dry Hop Series, as well as its first quartet of canned beers.

Un Petit Peu (6.2% abv) is the latest release from The Monolith, the brewery’s stand-alone facility for the creation of wood- and spontaneous-fermentation beers, and is described as follows:

Un Petit Peu (Translation “A Little Bit”) is the first offering in our Dry Hop Series. This blend of one year old mixed-ferment barrels was lightly dry hopped with the French hops Mistral and Barbe Rouge. The unique hops impart red berry aroma and flavor to this bright, light acidity beer.

Launching the brewery’s entry into the 473 ml can format are past favourites Extra Special Monk (4.9%) dry-hopped ale and BRO (5.6% abv) dark ale, plus two brand new pale ales, Uncharted Citra (4.7% abv) and NARcoe (5.2% abv).

All of the beers are available now via the Blind Enthusiasm online store.
