KELOWNA, BC – Vice & Virtue Brewing has announced the release of a new seasonal sour ale.
The First Crush Cherry Sour (5.1% abv) is described as follows:
Lean, tart, and with bright, bright acidity. This beer is kettle-soured, fermented with our new Framgarden Kveik strain, and then racked onto sour cherries that beautifully and naturally carbonate the beer. Big cherry flavour across your palate, with slight notes of melon and mango in the background. (Also, gluten reduced, for those with gluten sensitivities.)
The First Crush is available now in 355 ml cans at the Vice & Virtue retail store while supplies last.
