Sawdust City Brewing Releases Binary System 3 Hazy IIPA and Brings Back Lümberbräu Light Lager

GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the release of the third in its 2 Hops + 2 Malts Series of IPAs, as well as the return of a session-friendly lager.

Binary System 3 Hazy IIPA (8.5% abv) was brewed with Mosaic & Chinook hops and Canadian 2-Row & Wheat malts, and is described as follows:

Impenetrably hazy with a rich, creamy head and bright aromas of passionfruit, mango, coconut and dank pine greet you right off the start. Big, juicy hops beckon you in, and are accompanied by a silky body and clean, luscious finish.

Lümberbräu Light Lager (4.2% abv) was originally released last summer as a tribute to the Lumberkings slow-pitch baseball team, and has the following notes:

Made with 36% flaked corn, 33% Canadian pale 2-row, and 31% German pilsner malt. The end result is a clean, crisp, classic and truly crushable light lager. This beer was inspired by the great Lumberkings and their drive to crush baseballs and lagers. It’s perfect for enjoying on a hot day outside on the diamond.

Both beers are available now in 473 ml cans at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store.
