Collective Arts Brewing Releases Three New IPAs

HAMILTON, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of a diverse trio of new IPAs.

Dry-Hopped Kveik IPA ( ) was fermented with Hornindal Kveik, and dry-hopped with Sabro and HBC472 hops, and is described as “a complex IPA with citrus and coconut character, dominant orange, grapefruit and coconut flavours, rounded out with tropical fruit notes.”

Dry-Hopped Sour IPA (6.5% abv) features a combination of Amarillo, Ekuanot CRYO, Columbus, and El Dorado hops, resulting in “a stunningly bright citrus character with dank and tropical stone fruit backing notes. The acidity from the souring process makes all of these delicious hops shine.”

IPA No. 14 (7.1% abv) is the latest in the brewery’s rotating series of limited edition IPAs, this one a double IPA hopped with Idaho 7, Citra, and Motueka, producing “a massive ripe tropical fruit and citrus bomb, with distinct grapefruit and lime notes.”

All three beers are available now in the Collective Arts retail shop and online store.
