NORTH VANCOUVER, BC – House of Funk Brewing has announced the latest release in the House of Lager series, a side project that is “focused on creating exceptional lagers, using premium ingredients and old world processes.”
Japanese Rice Lagerbier (4.25% abv) is described as follows:
A Japanese-style Rice Lagerbier, brewed with Skagit Valley Pilsen malt, flaked rice and hopped with Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop. Naturally carbed through krausening.
Japanese Rice Lagerbier is available now in 6-packs of 355 ml cans at the House of Funk retail store and online shop.
