Blood Brothers Brewing Releasing Collaborations with Dominion City, Brewskey and Town

TORONTO, ON – Blood Brothers Brewing has announced details of the next trio of releases in its Blood Brotherhood series of collaborations with other breweries.

Blood Brothers x Dominion City Imperial Pastry Stout (11% abv):

We wanted to make something enormously indulgent for Halloween. We added pretzels and graham crackers into our mash and boiled this beer for 30 hours. We finished off our boil by adding bricks of caramel and chocolate. For the final touch we conditioned this beer on vanilla.

Blood Brothers x Brewskey Imperial Double Fruited Sour (9% abv):

We wanted to push the boundaries of fruit additions in a sour ale so we chose mango purée and whole black currants as our combo. The idea was to create a nice tannic quality from the black currants to balance the sweet tropical juice flavours of the mango. Mango comes through on the aroma while black currants take the forefront on the palate. A touch of sweetness is balanced with a healthy dose of acidity.

Blood Brothers x Town Triple IPA (9.8% abv):

This beer was brewed with loads of oats for a luxurious, creamy body. Ripe banana and pineapple are prevalent in the aroma with loads of papaya and mangoon the palate. A touch sweet on the finish to accentuate all of its juicy qualities with little to no bitterness.

All three beers will be released tomorrow (Oct 31st) at 11:00 AM in the Blood Brothers taproom and retail store, and remaining stock will go on sale via the brewery’s online shop on November 1st at 12:00 noon.
