Left Field Brewery Releases Bosse Blackberry Sour

TORONTO, ON – Left Field Brewery has announced the release of a new limited edition foeder-fermented ale.

Bosse Blackberry Sour (3.6% abv) is described as follows:

The fourth release from our oak foeders, Bosse is fermented with our house ale yeast and Brettanomyces and aged for 8 months. Ultraviolet in colour, it’s jammy and full, bursting with tart berries and sour lemon peel with a dry floral finish and balanced acidity.

As with all of Left Field’s foeder beers, Bosse is named after a famous baseball stadium: Bosse Field, the 105-year-old home of the professional minor league Evansville Otters in Evansville, Indiana.

Bosse is available now in 650 ml bottles at the Left Field retail store and online shop.
