WINNIPEG, MB – Nonsuch Brewing has announced details of its newest small batch beer release.
Barrel-Aged Saison (8.4% abv) is described as follows:
Last November, we brewed our flagship Saison and transferred a small quantity into an oak barrel from Simi Winery in Sonoma Valley, California. After nearly a full year of aging in the barrel, and two weeks of conditioning in the bottle, our Barrel-Aged Saison is ready for your enjoyment. This variation delivers a more complex and oakey profile built on top of the signature yeast phenolics of the saison.
Barrel-Aged Saison will be available today (November 3rd) at 12:00 noon exclusively via the Nonsuch online store and pick-up and delivery orders. The release is limited to 120 x 750 ml bottles, with a purchase limit of 2 bottles per customer.
