Foamers’ Folly Brewing Releases Jezibaba Absinthe Stout and Ghost Train Barleywine

PITT MEADOWS, BC – Foamers’ Folly Brewing has announced the release of two winter seasonals, one brand new and the other a returning favourite.

Jezibaba Absinthe Stout (6% abv) is a new collaboration with Arbutus Distillery, and has the following description:

Rich and roasty, we brewed this robust stout as a strong, supporting backbone for the powerful flavours of Arbutus Distilling’s Baba Yaga absinthe. Aged on leaves of lemon balm and mint, then blended with Baba Yaga, this beer boasts notes of sweet liquorice, mint, and subtle citrus.

Ghost Train Barleywine (10.5% abv) is back from another year, and is described as follows:

Released for Samhain, a festival marking the end of harvest season and the beginning of winter, this Barleywine is designed to warm your soul. Rich, ruby brown in colour with aromas of toasted vanilla and deep flavours of dark caramel and dried fruit. This beer is bold and incredibly smooth, and will keep you feeling spirited.

Jezibaba and Ghost Train are both available now at the Foamers’ Folly retail store and online shop, and at select beer retailers in British Columbia.
