VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s Brewing and DAVIDsTEA have announced the return of a collaboration that combines the expertise of both companies to create a unique beverage.
London Fog (5.3% abv) is described as follows:
The innovative recipe concept infuses Organic Cream of Earl Grey tea into a decadent golden ale that’s brewed with lactose (milk sugar) and rich vanilla. The surprisingly wonderful result is the comforting experience of an Earl Grey latte, in a craft beer.
Earl Grey tea is known for containing oil of bergamot, a distinctly fragrant citrus fruit. To brew DAVIDsTEA London Fog, the Organic Cream of Earl Grey tea goes into the brew kettle, along with aromatic barbe rouge hops. Milk sugar and oats in the recipe lend sweetness and body, and vanilla flavour adds the finishing touch to this smooth, full flavoured ale.
London Fog is available now at the Beau’s retail store and online shop, LCBO and grocery stores in Ontario, and dépanneurs and grocery stores in Québec.
