TORONTO, ON – Muddy York Brewing has announced that it has followed up last month’s release of Sherry & Port barrel-aged versions of its Inkwell Imperial Stout with a third limited edition variant.
Cognac Barrel-Aged Inkwell Imperial Stout (11.9% abv) is described as follows:
Intense aromas of red liquorice and pear dominate, complemented by flavours of prune and french oak. Finishing dry with a medium body and a cask level of carbonation, this hefty stout is best enjoyed at room temperature to let it’s full attributes shine.
The new edition of Inkwell is available now in 375 ml bottles at the brewery retail store and online shop.
