GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced the release of the official beer for the 2021 edition of the Queen of Craft event series.
Queen of Craft Witbier with Flowers (4.2% abv) is described as follows:
Springtime is just around the corner, and to prepare for brighter days ahead the Queen of Craft crew brewed a fresh, delicate witbier with flowers to celebrate the season of renewal. This pale, hazy brew has a silky mouthfeel and strikes a delightful balance of honeysuckle sweetness and subtle herbal, floral notes from chamomile, jasmine, rosehip and lavender flowers. It finishes dry with a soft, citrus brightness. This is a beautifully balanced beer that will remind you to take a moment to smell the flowers.
Witbier with Flowers available now at the Wellington retail shop and online store, with 50 cents from each can sold going to Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis to support its important work in the community.
