Nickel Brook Brewing Releases Sweet Shoppe White Milk Stout and What We Brew In The Shadows Hazy IPA

BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewery has announced two new releases in its ongoing Funk Lab series of limited edition beers.

Sweet Shoppe White Milk Stout (6% abv):

Sweet Shoppe is made with Honduran coffee beans that were aged in rye barrels by our friends at Good Morrow Coffee and My Indie Coffee. Brewed with a generous amount of vanilla beans, Ecuadorian cacao nibs, and lactose, this deceptively light-coloured Stout is luxuriously creamy and decadent. Perfect with a cherry on top.

What We Brew In The Shadows Hazy IPA (6.5% abv):

Rising from the dank depths of our Funk Lab, this Hazy New Zealand IPA is the abominable result of three experimental hop blends. This terrifying hop trifecta produced a beer that’s gushing with an inhuman amount of kiwi, lychee, and mango flavours. With a velvety smooth mouthfeel, What We Brew In The Shadows will pull you down into the hazy abyss with every sip. BEWARE!
