WINNIPEG, MB – Nonsuch Brewing has announced the release of a new beer to commemorate the 100th anniversary of an organization that aims to “create a Winnipeg where community life flourishes for all.”
Alloway Ale (5% abv) is “a clean, crisp, pale ale” brewed in partnership with The Winnipeg Foundation:
Founded in 1921 by business man, banker, and philanthropist William Alloway, The Winnipeg Foundation has developed a sustainable source of support by investing the donations they receive and using the interest to fund local charitable projects. In 2020, they distributed $73 million to 1,000 charitable organizations – the most in its history!
Alloway Ale is available now at the Nonsuch retail shop and online store, as well as select Liquor Marts and other beer retailers.
