TORONTO, ON – Bandit Brewery has announced the latest release in its Longwave series of single-barrel-aged beers.
Longwave 38.1: Wild Sour Ale Aged In Sauvignon Blanc Barrel (6.4% abv):
Longwave 38.1 is a sour wild ale aged in a Sauvignon Blanc barrel fermented with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, & Pediococcus. The final product delivers a funky and sour tropical experience, with a citrus and pineapple character and subtle notes of pine.
Longwave 38.1 is available now at the Bandit Brewery retail store and online shop.
