TORONTO, ON – Longslice Brewery has the release of a long-distance collaboration brew with Cervejaria Dádiva in São Paulo, Brazil.
The two breweries were introduced to each other by Guto Procopio, owner of São Paulo craft beer bar Let’s Beer, and came together “to create a new recipe steeped in strong tropical flavours designed to excite the most discerning beer connoisseur.”
The result is Mango Manjar Milkshake (5% abv), a coconut mango APA that the simultaneously brewed at both locations during a livestreamed session on May 12th. The breweries will be following this up with a livestreamed tasting of the beer via the Longslice and Dádiva Instagram pages today (June 8th) at 8:00 PM EDT.
Mango Manjar Milkshake is available now in Toronto at Longslice Brewery, The Aviary, The Dock Ellis, and The Emmet Ray, and in São Paulo at Dádiva, Let’s Beer, EAP Empório Alto de Pinheiros, and Beer4U Vila Madalena.
