WARMAN, SK – A “small scale brewery using innovative technology to produce authentic craft lagers” is getting set to open next week in Warman, a small Saskatchewan city located approximately 20 km north of Saskatoon.
Park Brewing has been founded by Ryan Chabot, who has been documenting the development and build-out of the brewery on Instagram since early 2020.
The brewery’s starting line-up will include Atomic Blonde Ale (4.2% abv), Apt. 908 Amber Lager (4.4% abv), Gameday Light Lager (4.2% abv), Mossy Vale Pale Lager (4% abv), and Cut & Clean Kölsch Style Ale (4.4% abv), all featuring artwork and designs by Adrien Vernay.
The beers can be pre-ordered now via the Park Brewing website, and will be available for pick-up at the brewery (16B Hamilton Ave., Warman) during retail shop hours (Thursday and Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM) starting July 1st. The brewery is also offering Sensory Tour sessions for small groups on Saturdays and Sundays, which can be booked online.
