Henderson Brewing Myth of Permanence Lager Series Continues with Dortmunder

TORONTO, ON – Henderson Brewing has announced the latest release in The Myth of Permanence, a year-long monthly series dedicated to exploring the many styles of lager.

The Myth of Permanence 010: Dortmunder (5.2% abv):

Originally brewed in Dortmund, Germany in the 1870s, this beer style is often referred to as a middle ground between a Helles and a Pilsner. While the Helles style tends to be more malt forward, and the Pilsner more hop forward, the Dortmunder is a tasty balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness. The version we created is brilliantly golden, with notes of doughy malt, spicy and floral hops and just a touch of citrus. This clean, crisp lager is just what we need for Canadian summer.

Dortmunder is available now at the Henderson Brewing retail store and online shop.
