HAMILTON, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of two new beers inspired by a favourite brunch cocktail.
Mimosa Sour (6% abv) and Grapefruit Mimosa Sour (6% abv) are both made with “33% unfermented freshly pressed juice, blended with a slightly sour beer base, resulting in a bubbly, effervescent beer.”
Mimosa Sour and Grapefruit Mimosa Sour are available now at the Collective Arts online shop, and the brewery retail stores in Hamilton and Toronto.
