HAMILTON & TORONTO, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of two new fruited sour ales, one from its main brewery in Hamilton, and the other from its off-shoot Toronto brewpub.
Rainbow Sherbet Sour (5.7% abv):
This Rainbow Sherbet Sour is our take on a classic warm-weather treat. Packed full of key lime, pineapple, orange and raspberry, it strikes the perfect balance between fruity sweetness and sour tartness.
Kiwi Sorbet Sour (4.7% abv):
This refreshing brew is a creamy blend of tart kiwis, balanced with lively fruit forward notes and a sharp tangy finish. This sour has a soft aroma, reminiscent of fresh summer fruit and sour candy.
Both beers are available now at the Collective Arts online shop, and the brewery retail stores in Hamilton and Toronto.
