VANCOUVER, BC – Powell Brewery has announced the return of a collaboration local Vietnamese restaurant Anh and Chi.
Fever Grass Gose (4.4% abv):
As our answer to “The Beer of the Summer”, Anh and Chi has infused Lemongrass and Vietnamese Coriander into a refreshing East-meets-West Gose-style ale. This traditionally tart and salty beer bursts with flavours of green peppercorn, sweet citrus, lemongrass, and rau ram. The result is an authentic Vietnamese experience re-imagined as an ice-cold refreshment to pair with soul food from Saigon.
