Collective Arts Brewing Releases Pursuing Happiness Triple IPA and Forest Creatures English Field Beer

TORONTO, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of two new small-batch beers from the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub.

Pursuing Happiness (10.2% abv):

If happiness was found in the form of a beer, it’s this Triple IPA. Pursuing Happiness was brewed with Zappa, El Dorado and Ekuanot cryo hops. With fruity aromas of pineapple, papaya, green mango and a touch of pine. This brew is bright, juicy and smooth – combining unique flavours like citrus pith, nectarine and a hint of mint, creating bright zippy flavours, perfect for the dog-days of summer.

Forest Creatures (4.8% abv):

Forest Creatures is an English Field Beer, which was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Amsterdam Brewing. Brewed with an experimental variety of English hops, this beer has strong aromas of sweet fruits, like peach, strawberry and guava. The body of this beer is smooth, with flavours of red fruits and dried woody herbs. This batch was brewed with fresh cut thistles (cut right from our Brewer’s backyard!) Scottish heather and whole leaf Godiva. This beer is naturally carbonated with a little bit of Ontario wildflower honey, for a pleasing dry finish.

Both beers are available now at the Collective Arts online shop, and the brewery retail stores in Toronto and Hamilton.
