BEAMSVILE, ON – Bench Brewing has announced the release of a first in a new series of “truly wine-inspired” beers.
Vintner’s Collection: 2020 Gewürztraminer Sour Ale (8.2% abv):
Our newest series explores the fusion of small batch barrel-aged beer with locally sourced grapes from neighbouring vineyards. The 2020 Gewürztraminer Sour was fermented for 12 months in wine barrels and finished on gewürztraminer grapes from our friends at Fielding Estate Winery.
2020 Gewürztraminer Sour Ale is available now at the Bench retail store and online shop.
