NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, ON – The Exchange Brewery has announced that it has partnered with Beer Sisters to bring one of its beers to the LCBO for a limited seasonal run.
Elderflower Saison (6.4% abv):
This Saison was brewed with elderflower and wildflower honey from Niagara. It was fermented with a mixed culture and aged in red wine barrels. With a light-medium body, this easy-drinking beer is purposely tart and funky. The classic spicy, herbal and floral characteristics of a Saison are rounded out by subtle sweetness from the honey. Pleasing dry finish.
Elderflower Saison is available now in 473 ml cans at select LCBO stores in Ontario. For more detail, see the full release announcement.
