VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the release of the latest edition in its Dino Sour fruited sour series.
Strawberry Rhubarb Dino Sour (4.5% abv):
This sour packs a delightfully tart bite and is soured with our house-cultured lacto strain. Strawberry juice and rhubarb juice are added pre and post fermentaceous period, balancing the sour rhubarb flavours with juicy berry sweetness. We dino what you’re waiting for, this beer is perfect for the sunshine!
Strawberry Rhubarb Dino Sour is available now at the Phillips retail store and online shop, and select private liquor stores.
