CHILLIWACK, BC – Bricklayer Brewing has announced the release of two new beers that are aimed at “keeping that summertime feeling alive…”
Moonage Daydream Hibiscus Lime Tart Pilsner (4.5% abv):
Named by our server Haley – they forced us to diversify our musical choices and we are happy to comply – after an iconic David Bowie song, this one pushes your idea of a pilsner. Lots and lots of lime and double steeped with Hibiscus tea, this is a tart beauty of an easy drinking beer with an easy going ABV so you can have a few.
Mothership Connection v.4 Salted Watermelon Sour (5% abv):
The FOURTH version of our Mothership Connection series, a Salted Watermelon Sour. As always, brewed with a 11 year old Sourdough Starter (it just celebrated it’s birthday in July!), it’s salty. It’s watermelon-y. The balance of salt, sweet and sour makes this possibly one of our favorite sours we have made yet – you’ll have to come try it yourself.
Both beers are available now on tap and in cans at Bricklayer.
