LACOMBE, AB – Blindman Brewing has announced the latest release in the Bières de Coupage series of barrel-fermented and blended beers.
Five Mile Rustic Saison (6.2% abv):
Home. Wherever it is, wherever it was. It means something. For this one, we’re bringing together all the bounty of our home. Everything came from an area of 5 miles as the crow flies. We’ve got malt barley from the 24-2 farm, and hops from the Hop To It hopyard. We used it to make something that speaks to it all, something that wouldn’t have seemed out of place a few hundred years ago on a farm in Belgium—a rustic saison.
Five Mile Rustic Saison is available now at the Blindman taproom and at select beer retailers in Alberta.
