Collective Arts Brewing Releases Watermelon Mint Gose and Fringes Of The Cosmos NEIPA

TORONTO, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of two new small-batch beers from the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub.

Watermelon Mint Gose (4% abv):

Traditionally, a Gose is a tart German Wheat Beer often brewed with salt and herbs. We kicked this up a notch with our Watermelon Mint Gose. This is the real deal, no fake watermelon flavours here! We used freshly pressed watermelon juice, to create this pale & hazy brew, it won’t take long for your nose to pick up on the melon rind. Taste the subtle but fresh flavours of watermelon and fizzy blasters, rounding off your sip with a little bit of mint.

Fringes Of The Cosmos NEIPA (6.7% abv):

We’re taking you straight through the Cosmos with this brew, using Eclipse and Galaxy hops to get you there. This New England style IPA is light bodied and pale in colour. The nose of this beer is bright and fruity with scents of melon, papaya and fresh nectarine. This beer is slightly sweet, with notes of fruit loops and honeydew, a flavour profile that is out of this world.

Both beers are available now at the Collective Arts online shop, and the brewery retail stores in Toronto and Hamilton.
