VICTORIA, BC – Category 12 Brewing has announced the release of a pair of new seasonal beers.
Golden Ratio Tripel (9.1% abv):
Like the Golden Ratio, this Belgian style Tripel balances enticing aromas of pear and bubblegum in harmony with an irrational strength. Belgian malt and candi sugar provide a light canvas for this can-refermented ale to shine.
Helles Lager (5% abv):
We’ve looked back across a spectrum of beer varieties to shine light upon this festive Munich style. Our Helles features genuine German pilsen malt creating a crisp, easy-drinking lager that will have you saying “prost!” in no time.
Both beers are available now at the Category 12 retail shop and online store.
