TORONTO, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Great Lakes Brewery, created at the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub.
Old Timer West Coast IPA (6.9% abv):
This brew’s colouring is old-timey-gold, with earthy notes on the nose – ‘forest forward’ as we like to call it. Brewed with Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial & Columbus Hops, it has hints of grapefruit and resiny notes on the palate, with a balanced bitter back end. This beer is light bodied making it the perfect fall-crusher before the dark beers and nights take hold!
Old Timer is available now at the Collective Arts retail stores in Toronto and Hamilton, and the brewery’s online shop.
