CHILLIWACK, BC – Old Yale Brewing has announced the return of a seasonal collaboration with Smoking Gun Coffee Roasters.
Cold Brew Black Lager (4.5% abv):
This Black Lager is our take on a traditional Schwarzbier. The espresso character of the roast malts are amplified by conditioning on Brazilian Poco de Caldas, Minas Gerais origin beans, providing a sweet and clean, dark chocolate, caramel and apple profile to pair with the light body and crisp, dry finish.
Clod Brew is available now at the Old Yale retail store and online shop, and select private liquor retailers in British Columbia.
