LACOMBE, AB – Blindman Brewing has announced the release of the latest in its ongoing series of foeder-aged lager-style beers.
Foedered Lager: Cali Common (5.2% abv):
We brewed a Cali Common modeled after the “steam beer” made famous by Anchor Brewing. This brilliant copper brew has a beautiful hit of caramel and bready-ness which works perfectly with the oak flavours picked up whilst aging in the foeder. A delectable beer to pair with all the slices of pie you can muster.
Foedered Lager: Cali Common is available at Blindman Brewing and select beer retailers in Alberta while supplies last.
