TORONTO, ON – Burdock Brewery has announced the latest edition of Good Grapes, “an on-going series where we explore the qualities of grapes, their skins, and the limits to which we can push their use and extraction.”
Good Grapes Fredonia (4.9% abv):
Introducing our 2nd good grapes of 2021, made with a favorite Concord-type varietal of ours: Fredonia. The top secret formula for this beer = primo Nelson Sauvin hops + sour beer + Fredonia grapes. Expect a pleasingly potent palette of purple jolly rancher, purple freezie, and purple sports drink.
