OTTAWA, ON – Spark Beer has announced the release of the first in a new line of blended sour ales.
‘Til Tuesday Plum (6% abv):
‘Til Tuesday is a new series of blended beers including 18 month old barrel aged sour beer. This iteration was fermented with Italian Plums for a month before bottling. Slight oak and funk from the barrel aging leads into jammy plums. It’s dry and effervescent and will leave you humming Aimee Mann songs in your head. This beer is one of our new favourites!
