ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of a new beer brewed using a new hop variety.
Haywire Dry Hopped Saison (5.9% abv):
Haywire is a fruity saison, brewed in conjunction with the good folks at Charles Faram for the launch of Most (TM) – a new hop out of the Czech Republic. They have chosen us to be one of the first Canadian breweries to use this new variety! With flavours of black currant, strawberry, and spices, it balances beautifully with the banana and clove flavours of the saison yeast.
Haywire is available now at the Quayle’s Brewery retail store and online shop.
