VICTORIA, BC – Vancouver Island Brewery has announced that its longest running seasonal brand has returned for its 34th annual appearance.
Hermannator Ice Bock (9.5% abv):
This German Ice Bock is our most complex and time consuming beer to make: It takes three months of cellaring to create one of BC’s most legendary beers. With a rich, malt body and notes of chocolate and coffee, Hermannator was first introduced as a gift to our original brewmaster Hermann Hoerterer’s friends and family as a toast to his heritage and homeland.
The 2021 vintage of Hermannator is available now, along with a special 4-pack featuring cans of both the 2021 and 2020 vintages, at the VIB taproom and online store, and select beer retailers in British Columbia.
