DUNDAS, ON – Shawn & Ed Brewing has announced the release of latest beer in its monthly Anvil Small-Batch Series.
The Friendly Stout (9% abv):
This sweet winter breakfast stout is small-batch brewed in our wooden foudre. The flavour shows hints of coffee and vanilla with a decided punch of sugar plums dancing across your taste buds. Not thick or deep, it is tangy-sweet with an aroma of molasses and sweet malts. The 9% ABV and 70 IBU is completely masked by a generous contribution from molasses and demerara sugar.
The Friendly Stout is available now at the Shawn & Ed Brewing retail store and online shop.
